To be announced Summer 2022 - 'Blind spots' residence

"Opera as Encounter" is a creative research project led by Océane Deweirder and started with the Royal Academy of Music (London) MMus program and its precious support. It is now in development between UK and France.

 

Its aim is to explore the dance and opera singing possibilities of encounter when proposed by a same performer.

Last summer 2019, in Aix-en Provence Festival, Mozart's requiem was singing and dancing.

 

How fortunate are we that the 1st Encounter representant of the OaE gazette is the extraordinary artist  Evelin Facchini.

​

Italian Dancer, Choreographer and Pedagogue currently living in Berlin, she has worked with prestigious artists and more recently with director Romeo Castellucci.
